◆ Main engine: High carbon, high chromium stepped pulley, gear transmission, gears and bearings lubricated by oil, pump engine shell in mild steel form.

◆ For copper and aluminum wire.

◆ Drawings are totally immersed in lubricant.

◆ Capstan: 400mm to 450mm cone diameter.

◆ Die holders with high pressure lubrication.

◆ Final capstan: 400/450 mm vertical and horizontal. 

◆ High speed rod breakdown machine is the first stage in the wire drawing machine. We have two basic types- one, the tandem type. The other is the cone type wire drawing machine.
