Description

◆ The wire is first passed through the overhead loop and pulley, brought down and then inserted through the die of the second drum and drawn through this die for further reduction.

◆ The wire is drawn through wire drawing drums of the set in a continuous manner to get the required finished diameter of the wire. Speed of draw block has to be synchronized to avoid slippage between the wire and the block.

◆ Final spindle (capstan) 500 mm/630 mm Horizontal.

◆ Machine reduction 28-30%.
